I don’t believe this is a legitimate business. I paid for services and scheduled an appointment with an engineer, but no one showed up. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered, and the project manager didn’t respond to my email. I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. They completely wasted my time during an important remodeling project. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

This company is an absolute fraud. The inspector showed up late to the appointment time. They promised to have the report to me in 10 business days, and it took over a month to get the report. The only reason I got the report was because I filed a claim with my credit card. It is impossible to get in contact with the inspector directly and the people in the office, even those who claim to be “managers” will promise to call back with information and never do. When I finally received the report it was a shell of what was promised. The report included none of the measurements that were taken and spoke in very broad terms. Complete scam.

This company scammed us.i put in a complaint with BBB and they did not respond to BBB. If you look at the 5 star reviews they were all written on the same day. They had all 1 star reviews of people saying they did not receive what was promised and were out money. Somehow they changed their company name to start over on reviews so my first review of them is under the name “Old Day Contractors” if you want to look at real reviews. This company does not get back to you in a timely manner once they have your money.. Our project was held up for 7 months due to the time it took to get our prints and they were not useable for our permit as they didn’t have proper HOA’s listed and they wouldn’t make changes so we had to hire another architect in the end and they were great. Florida Licensing Engineers was unprofessional and frustrating to work with.
