I will preface this post by saying I'm not under contract with Avanti currently, but the meeting was so good I wanted to share my experience.

The Avanti Group is an engineering group that builds TURN KEY barndos in Florida. They will complete a job from start to finish including due diligence on land you are looking at, plans and design. We met with David, Sandi, and their designer (I hate that I can't recall her name). They were all very informative, helpful, and wonderfully transparent in regards to cost, time-line of the build, and provided other info in regards to our specific needs. We left the meeting with more clarity for our projects than we expected to get and are grateful for it!

Every barndo has it's own story and process to getting completed. If you've been an enthusiast for long you know that there companies out there that make promises they can't deliver. Always do your own due diligence to the best of your ability, but if you're building in Florida I highly recommend checking out The Avanti Group before you sign with another builder.

I first contacted Avanti Group in August 2022 David was out dealing with the death of a close family member, David went above and beyond in his moment of grief and had John of JTC his GC call me and went over the entire procedure the very next day. JTC was right on target with estimate costs,
We own our own land. (We had spent around $10,000 for plans and GC ( Williston) deposit another architect in Lake City who has jerked us around about revisions took us 15 months to original plans because of COVID he works from home and still did not receive revisions from Lake City Architect we have been living in our RV for 20 months waiting.,) We fired GC and Architect everything happens for a reason, I am glad we did because we have met 2 amazing individuals David and John and their staff is amazing Jordan and Alexis.

I have never used there services but I have worked for them and I can't say enough about there friendliness. I was there installing some overhead lights and they invited me to there lunch meeting and anytime I was thirsty they offer me a beverage. Very compassionate people.

I signed up for their barndo seminar 1/13 drove all the way out to the facility and no one was there. I found out after I reached out on facebook and responded to the flyer still advertising the 1/13 class that ONLY 1 person signed up. Well, I was that one person and I made the drive. Incredibly awful customer service! Very disappointed as we are planning to start our build in the next couple months.

Hey im just a regular guy with a regular review. Avanti group helped me get everything together to file for a building permit. I worked with john. He was a great guy and i could tell he really wanted to help me. He did everything he could for me and was very prompt in returning calls and emails. Even after hours. Great guy and a great company.
