Dr. Rekha Pawar is phenomenal. I came into her office as an “urgent” matter that happened to be out of her field of work. The entire office was supportive, comforting and honest as I was given some pretty hefty news. She has continuously checked in with me despite not being her patient. Dr. Pawar and staff. We’re amazing. Had a practically painless root canal that was less troublesome than some simple cavities I’ve had as a kid.

Dr. Pawar and her team are amazing! My anxiety was so high! I am terrified of needles and never had a root canal, they explained everything top to bottom and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable! I recommend this practice 10/10!!! Thank you so much to them all!☺️

I have only had one visit so far, but I can already say they have gone above and beyond my expectations. I have unfortunately had a lot of endo work done in my life, so I have had many experiences with this kind of work. They were able to get me in very quickly, which was amazing because I was in so much pain I couldn't eat or sleep. They explained the process of how a root canal worked and what the medication they used does until my next appointment, whichI loved because I am very interested in how things work and why. The procedure was very quick and much less pain than I normally experience. Then the next day they called me to ask if I was doing ok and if I was having any pain, which no dentist has ever done. They made sure I knew that I could contact them if I had any issues before my next appointment. It made me feel like they really cared about me as a person and I really appreciate that. I already highly recommend this office for going above and beyond for their patients. Thank you!

Today I saw Dr. Rekha Pawar and her assistant Carissa at the New Britain office. The office building was close to my home, had plenty of handicapped and regular off street parking with easy access to the elevator. The office itself was comfortable, attractive and immaculate. They are following all Covid guidelines. I needed to see an Ondontist to rule out a possible infection/ root canal issue for an upcoming hip replacement surgery and had to be absolutely sure I was good to go! She got me in immediately, no wait once there, and did all the tests that needed to be done. She showed me the results and explained in detail exactly what I needed to know, answered all my questions and eased my mind…so I’m go to go. She is forwarding all my info to my regular dentist and sent me home with a Disc with all pictures and info. I’ll be back for sure to keep an eye on this tooth issue and if I need to, will be back to her in a flash! Best Ondontic experience I’ve ever had…and I’ve had more than my share! Thank you Dr. Pawar and Carissa!
