I found an amazing deal on Cars.com @ VW of Mystic. I inquired about the vehicle, and got called back first thing in the morning. Initiated by Collette, Danny, Matthew, & then sealed the deal w/ Phil Dugas (His awesome office had an aroma of Canadian Maple Syrup). When I’m ready to buy again, I’ll be sure to shop here again!

I would highly recommend buying your next car at Valenti VW of Mystic. I kept my last car for eight years so finding another vehicle I thought would be hard but Wesley made it so easy. He did the hard work for me by listening to what I was looking for and found me the perfect vehicle. He was very professional and patient with me. It was a pleasure meeting Dan and Phil, the Canadian. They both made the process of buying the vehicle a breeze. I was in my car the very next day. Love it!!

Valenti VW in Mystic gets 5 stars for sure! Yesterday I leased my second car there and would highly recommend going there. We made a really good deal easily and with super friendliness all around. Chris, Danny, and Phil work together so well as a team and the whole process moved along in a very timely manner. Very happy with my afternoon at Valenti.!!Also service department is great… Honest and efficient and kept me updated during whole service. Car shopping is something I don’t particularly enjoy. However, after going to multiple VW dealerships - Valenti VW gave me the most positive experience by far. I interacted with Matt, Danny and Phil and I must say they were the most personable, kind and easy going people I have ever experienced with at a car dealership. Matt was very thorough at giving an overview of the vehicle and after sales. He went above and beyond for me for additional services and was so kind with every interaction. Danny was relatable and honest (a rare trait in this industry). Phil explained everything in great detail and was a nice ending to my buying experience. Overall the purchase of my car was quick, easy and simple. Danny really worked with me to structure a deal that worked for me. I highly recommend coming to Valenti VW if you are looking for a positive car shopping experience. I hope to work with them again in the future. This past weekend I purchased my first Volkswagen after having been a tried and true honda car owner for 25 years. I believe in costumer service and my previous dealership did not honor that commitment. Therefore, after doing some research I landed at Valenti’s Volkswagon in Mystic Ct. I worked with Matt, Dan, and Phil, all of whom were patient, accommodating, and very easy to work with. 6 Hondas later and now I’m driving an atlas cross sport that drives like a dream. I am beyond pleased with my car and the stellar customer service that volkswagon provided. I hands down would recommend them to anyone. Truth be told this car drives better than any of my previous Hondas.

I cannot say enough kind words for the sales team at Valenti VW in Mystic. I have bought several vehicles from them and have always been treated with respect and great appreciation for my business. Just recently we had to unexpectedly replace a vehicle. Dan, Wes and Phil (“The Canadian”) were there to help us. I highly recommend working with Wes Burkholder as a sales representative. He was a pleasure to work with. Dan and Phil are always great and they treat you like family. As a side note the Service Department is great too!

This is the only place I will buy a car! They are amazing. Matt is the best. He delivered a personalized experience for us in selecting a car. He was patient and did not put any pressure on making a same day decision. Danny, the sales manager, has been amazing in the process as well.
