Great team, they picked up my car on Christmas Eve in record time and stored it at a very reasonable fee. They were very helpful and patient coordinating with the insurance company to have my car brought home without a scratch. Thank you Colonial Tire!

No communication.They didnt tell us cash only before loading our vehicle which sparked a disagreement, if they had at any point told us cash only i would of refused, but they just loaded up the vehicle with no communication.They refused to take my car to the destination requested, because the company apparently "doesnt like when they drop anything off at night". He also refused to unload the vehicle, which escalated everything all due to us not having cash. He stated he could only take it to their shop conveniently, as there was no other option. I actually ran to get cash off my credit card for the agreed upon $140, and then he refused it when i returned. Jay told me to call in the morning, and if you havent read the other reviews.... well the business doesnt answer phone calls. Shockingly, i called all morning with no answer, until I literally called 20 xs in a row, and got a " oh yeah I'll call you later" and now, it has to stay put another day for another charge for a total of $429. They decided to hold the car and charge us double, which he told me he was going to do, because we're at their mercy. All of this headache just because they couldn't bother to communicate. All of this stress, because we dont have extra money laying around and some drunk just totaled our vehicle. Anyways they all but laughed in our face and doubled the charges out of pure spite because we didnt have cash. Do not use this company.

We are from Virginia. We had a low tire pressure light come on as we traveled back to Virginia. We pulled in and were assisted immediately. A local garage, a little rough on the outside but the technicians were very friendly and helpful. We were back on our way in under 30 minutes. Professional services, knowledgeable technicians. Never call you back I brought my car there and than picked it up couple days later something else was wrong they said they put it on the lift than they said they didn't put it on the lift all kinds of stories too keep bringing it back poor mechanics there front desk service very poorly also never go back there again
