M&R were really wonderful. At first I called them to repair a heat pump. They came on time and the technician, Jesse, noticed that the heat pump was less than a year old. Instead of going ahead with the repair he advised me that the company that installed it would fix it for free under the warrantee, which they did.

A week later I called M&R to repair a gas furnace. The part they needed was not being manufactured anymore but they persevered and got one that worked. Jesse also advised me on things I needed to do to prevent future problems with the furnace.

All in all they were very good. Helpful, on time and reasonably priced.

10 out of 10 I recommend! 5 Stars isn’t enough Stars! So I seen a M&R truck outside of my building in Shelton and decided to reach out due to not having a working A/C and Furnace. I have been searching for a company and which a lot of them could not help me. I found M&R mechanical service, I reached out to them and was helped quickly with a quote for my repairs. With their Expertise and experience, Tom (the salesmen) helped me with a solution. He provided help, answerer all my questions and ensured me the best work from his team and man he wasn’t lying! After being able to help me get new equipment quickly and start performing the repairs at a sooner time than I expected. I had the pleasure of working with Jake & Simon. Those 2 guys are great at their job, I felt comfortable with them in my home. As they were careful with my property and making sure not to dirty and mess anything up. They were quick for the huge job I received. They answered all my questions as they were working on my system and they overall were very professional. I’m very happy to have done Business with this company, and I will definitely be getting my maintenance with them and recommending them to others

What a nice surprise! After calling us, Jesse showed up exactly on time with his tools ready. He thoroughly went over our furnace from top to bottom. He answered all our questions with expertise. After moving into a 20 year old condo the HVAC system needed replacing. M&R was highly recommended by locals and were the original installers of the AC and furnace. Despite the high cost ($18k), it works like a charm and they were very professional and clean during install. They even came out within the first two months when I experienced a minor issue. Diego the tech was excellent at explaining the problem and what he did to fix it. All covered under warranty and they were very accommodating to my schedule. Thanks M&R.

Diego is very nice guy who helps us to find out the problem of AC units. There was the mice inside and the wires were damaged. Diego is doing his job excellent and also teaching me how to prevent it. A good guy does his good job. 👍 Five stars for him. 👏

I highly recommend M&R. Incredible customer service. On this cold winter Sunday our heat stopped working. By early afternoon Giovanni arrived and had the system up and running. He was professional, knowledgeable and great to work with.
