They have been closed “out for lunch” since before 11:30am. It’s now 1:00pm. Five of us waiting. Terrible customer service. Web site says open from 9-5, no mention of lunch break. If I had another location I would go there. Meanwhile my internet is down. Ugh

Service is expensive and Customer service here is awful. My mother-in-law went in to drop off our cable boxes and she got rudely lectured on how she shouldnt help her kids because we need to learn to be on our own. 🤔 Very unprofessional in our opinion.

Cable TV is Obsolete. live-streaming is cheaper, faster, and easier. ALMOST 400 DOLLARS A MONTH!!!!! for Chinsey cable, slow internet, and a spam call infested landline phone. If I could rate zero stars and a middle finger, I would. I Made eye contact with the dude at the desk after pulling on the locked door 10 minutes before closing. Guy runs away from the desk and disappears until closing. Literally had the cable box in my hand, all I wanted to do is swap for a new one Some people have jobs too and they can only get there if they leave work early. Typical optimum behavior.

Very disappointing they told me after I sign up my gift card for $100 would be included with my bill. It’s been 2 months and still no gift card, I called and they said I gotta have the service for 3months plus before I get the gift card. Why don’t they tell you these things while signing up? So frustrating!!!!

The store would not let me disconnect my service without calling into the customer service. Disconnecting with Optimum customer service was 20 minutes of pure hell. They kept pushing deals on me no matter what I said. I told them that they could shove wooden shives under my finger nails and I wouldn't come back. They kept pushing the hard sell. I thought they made that illegal.

By far the worst internet service provider I’ve ever purchased ! The customer service is horrible. I overpaid on my account about 80 bucks due to school coming up I requested my refund BEFORE the new bill was put out ! I was constantly switched over from rep to rep and every excuse not to refund my own money back to my card! Now the $80 was credited to my account and used for the next bill. Horrible! I requested prior to the bill coming out I’ve had issues with them since I first purchased their services. Do Not USE them at all ! They only got two starts cause the internet was actually working for a month without any issues. Beware and do your research before purchasing anything from this company !
