These folks are great! From towing my baby into the shop to getting her done all were upbeat, professional and super helpful. While it was the most expensive oil change I've ever had done, it was the least expensive repair bill for a tow trip into a shop.

4 points automotive is returning my car to me undrivable, with a MISFIRING engine and blinking engine light after being compensated $5,500 by myself and Progressive for an accident that occurred on 8/10. While driving the vehicle that day, a piece of metal in the roadway punctured the gas tank, which needed to be replaced; a simple fix. A month and a half later (rental had expired after a month, so I’m without a car at this point in my third trimester of pregnancy), 4 points informed me my car was ready for pickup yesterday. It took so long because they required payment prior to ordering parts, which was a whole other issue. They left my keys in the car so I could pick up after hours when we were off work. When my husband and I arrived and turned on the vehicle the check engine light was blinking and the engine was shaking and misfiring. They did not answer us last night, but I sent a text asking what fuel they put in, unable to think of what else could have gone wrong with a tank replacement. As of this morning, they confirmed that they put unleaded fuel in my vehicle that requires 91 minimum and has only taken that octane or higher in its lifetime, but are saying it’s a spark plug issue, not fuel. There are multiple forums online speaking to misfiring issues due to improper octane levels with Audi. They're now trying to charge me for plugs and further repair when mine were replaced earlier this year and the car has been fully operable. They are taking no responsibility, yet my car was on the roadway and driving prior to the accident. How does this make sense? How could it have been driving with engine misfire and blinking engine light? How can they take $5,500 and return my car to me unusable? It’s clear they’re wiping their hands of it, offering me no support, and moving on since they received payment already. They also charged a diagnostic for prior to repair and post repair, which has been requested, but not sent to me. How was this missed? I’m now 38 weeks pregnant, emotionally distressed, BP elevated, two months without my car, and don’t even know where to turn to for next steps. Waiting on a call back from Progressive, to see if they can reopen the claim. If so, they may have to send it to Audi Wilmington to confirm what was done to it. Audi Wilmington’s earliest appointment is 10/10, my due date. This is a nightmare while anticipating labor, being without a car, not knowing what it will cost from here or when I may have a car again. If anyone reads this and has recommendations for local news and/or attorney that may be able to help me, please message me. 🙏
